Doświadczenie sztuki performance zamkniętej w ramach wystawy może być mylone z fragmentem, ułamkiem opowieści. To, co najistotniejsze dzieje się zaledwie chwilę. W efekcie pozostaje część będąca samowolnym elementem, pozbawionym naturalnych struktur. „GOLEM: Pracownia Samowystarczalna” Adama Gruby staje się poprzez to polem negocjowania pomiędzy artystą a instytucją, przestrzenią a przedmiotem.
W swoich działaniach artysta wychodzi poza lingwistyczny charakter opisywania rzeczywistości. Stara się uchwycić istnienie, zderzyć je z nieustannym konstruowaniem siebie jako medium opowieści, stając się tym samym początkiem narracji kreowanej nie poprzez słowa, ale interakcję i wyszukiwanie sensów w szczelinach fragmentów.
[eng]Experience of performance art in the exhibition closed may be confused with a fragment, a fraction of the story. This is what is important is happening just a moment. The result is some element of arbitrariness which is devoid of natural structures. "GOLEM: Laboratory of self-sufficient" by Adam Gruba is through a field of negotiation between the artist and the institution, space and object.
In so doing, the artist goes beyond the linguistic nature of describing reality. It tries to capture existence, they collide with the incessant construction of self as a medium of stories, thus becoming the beginning of the narrative of one created not by words, but to interact and search for meanings in the interstices of fragments.

zaczyna się walka. przestrzeń zdaje się być gotowa do przyjęcia ciosu, który pewnie nie wiele dla niej znaczy. podjęcie próby to ucieczka od pozostawienia jej samej sobie. słychać pierwsze grzmoty, są szybkie na samym początku by zwolnić w trakcie gdy zmęczenie daje o sobie znać. ciało wystarcza aby wykonać zadanie. umysł może nie starczyć by pojąć zmienioną przestrzeń. rozległe błyskawice kończą się w momencie rozłożenia swojego światła na objętym siłą obszarze. każdy element musi uzupełniać się z następnym krokiem, choć ten jest nieprzewidywalny w swojej złośliwej przewidywalności jako obraz z przyszłości. to co znane buduje to co już i tak znamy, jednak warto było walczyć. budowanie ringu po usłyszeniu pierwszego grzmotu musi potrwać. wygrywam z sobą, wygrywam z przestrzenią. wszystko jest we mnie, a wy to możecie zobaczyć, ale nie widzicie.
